Playing board 

Playing board, means according to the graphicstyle, a stainless steel material is cut, engraved, polished and other
processes to create a jewelry model.

Stamper 

Stamper will inevitably use the mold. The mostcommon ones are steel powder molds, alloy molds and wax molds.

Steel molds have the highest cost and are high inmaterial, thickness and precision. They are suitable for long-term mass
production. We generally used in product high quality magnet buckles.

Alloy molds have superior thermal properties. Inthe aspects of improving product quality, shortening product production cycle
and simplifying mold cooling waterway maintenance, high thermal conductivity
alloy mold materials have played a good role in promoting.

Wax molds are cheaper, but wax molded products arerelatively low-end, quality and otherwise different from others.

Sanding 

Sanding is to melt the stainless steel materialand pour it into the mold to produce the jewelry blank.

Stainless steel materials are divided into 316L,304, 202, 201 and so on; we mainly consider the rust prevention, hardness,
processing and other properties in the selection of materials, 316L is the
highest in terms of rust and heat resistance; 304 and 201 is a relatively
common stainless steel material. Due to its different composition, 201 is a
domestic stainless steel material and 304 is an imported stainless steel
material, so the quality and price of 304 is higher than 201. At present, many jewelry manufacturers in orderto reduce costs, will use lower-priced materials to produce, although cheap,
but the quality of jewelry can be imagined.

Trimming 

Trimming is to use a knife to repair some of theraw edges on the jewelry blank.

Many jewelry manufacturers will remove thisprocess in order to reduce costs, which is why many customers buy cheap
jewelry, and found that the edge of the jewelry is very rough. This process seems simple, like dispensable, butthis step is a decisive factor in judging the quality of the jewelry itself. In
our factory, any jewelry must complete this step.

Polishing 

Polishing is directly related to the quality ofthe product. The quality of the polishing determines the quality of the
product. But it is labor intensive, this type of work is also very hard.

Some factory polished products are very beautifulbut some are very bad. The key is the attitude of people to this process. Some
factories are accustomed to low-quality polished products, so workers are also
treated casually when they are polishing. Some factories always pay attention
to the quality of products, so the requirements are more strict, and the
attitude of workers will of course be more serious. Therefore, when you need to
find a good supplier, it is recommended to position the market of your own
products, which will lay the foundation for your cooperation with quality
suppliers.

Plating 

Plating is divided into water plating, IPplating, etc.; water plating is thicker, wear resistance is better, vacuum
plating process is environmentally friendly, but adhesion is higher than water
plating, and surface is added with UV. IP plating is corrosion resistant and
wear resistant. In recent years, IP plating has become a popular plating
method. Almost all products are coated with a film on the surface to prevent
oxidation. Common IP plating is IPB, IPG, gold plated, rose gold plated ; in
general IPG is more expensive.

Point drill/CNC Setting 

This step is an important part of the price andquality of the product. There aremany kinds of drills, and the worst ones are acrylic drills, which are very
cheap. The medium one is zircon, which is also divided into many types. The
best is the Austrian diamond, this is more expensive. Many manufacturers of production Korean jewelry,in order to reduce costs, will use acrylic drill bits, our factory always using
CNC setting zircon. In many factories,their rhinestones are glued with a special adhesive. This kind of diamonds will
fall off after a long time, and the zircon we used is embedded in it one by one
and definitely does not fall off.

Packaging and storage 

After inspection by product, the products can besold after packaging.
